Book prices are net, VAT included. Once you have placed your order, you can cancel it at any time by contacting us, provided it has not already been shipped. Handling and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and the package will be sent as soon as payment has been confirmed. The recommended shipping method is registered mail, although regular non-registered mail is also available (the customer assumes all risks). Courier service (MRW or MailBoxes) and in-store pickup are also available (by appointment). Payment can be made by bank transfer, card, or Bizum. In-store pickup can also be made by cash. Books are carefully collated. However, any justified claim made within a reasonable period of 30 days after delivery will be promptly addressed. In the event of a refund, the customer will agree on how to return the order. Upon arrival at the bookstore, the contents will be reviewed, and once verified, a refund will be processed using the original form of payment.
